The Whitewater-Rice Lakes Management District is governed by a seven-member board, consisting of five elected members and two appointed members, one from the County Board and one from the Whitewater Township Board. The five members elected by the membership at the August annual meeting have rotating terms, with the terms of Rich Charts and Carol Ducommun expiring this year.
While Carol will run for a second term, Rich will retire from the Board after 16 years of service including 12 years as Chairman. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please contact Carol Ducommun before the end of June. Contact information for all members is provided on this website.
